Custom Configurations/Special Order Products Software How to Return Products Request for an RMA Number: Please have the RMA number that you are issued clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning and include a copy of your original invoice inside the package with the item returned circled. Items must be returned complete, unaltered, and with original product materials and packaging to prevent the possibility of additional fees or possible rejection of the item. ALL RMAs must be returned to Ynzal within 7 days from the date RMA is issued.
