KNOW YOUR YNZAL: Bong Almonguera


This is our Business Development Director, Bong Almonguera, who’s managing our North American operations. Bong is an old hand in the Mac industry as he was part of the original Sales Team who marketed the Mac on its infancy stage in the mid ’80s. He was also pioneer in bringing in Wacom, Adobe and countless other solutions to the local market since the early ’90s.

With him in-charge of vendor relations and procurement through our USA and Canada hubs, Ynzal has been very successful in sourcing new and upcoming products and establishing partnerships with manufacturers and brands.

His being on the same timezone where technology leaders are, Bong is our conduit to emerging industry trends abroad. He makes it effectively possible for us to fulfill the most demanding requirements of our local customers.


KNOW YOUR YNZAL: Julian Demerre

Friends, meet Julian Demerre our Applications Support Manager. Julian is the face behind our online chat, and is the one managing our website and social media. With his years of experience in working for Apple in the U.S., he is our resident ‘Genius’ comfortable in answering your technical and not-so-techie questions. Being also a freelance photographer, he uses a suite of Adobe apps and a Wacom digitizing tablet extensively on his workflow and is capable of addressing issues that you may have on them.

KNOW YOUR YNZAL: Val Almonguera


Meet Val Almonguera, Ynzal’s ever-reliable Customer Service Director! Hardly a day goes by without the office receiving an urgent inquiry or request, to which Val readily tries to accommodate. Whether it’s for an urgent OS repair of a ‘Sad Mac’, a new parts order for an old Wacom unit, or even on-site calls for service, Val is always there to provide a helping hand. He is always on top of things that go in and out of Ynzal’s daily traffic, managing to field queries while directing the flow of tasks to the various teams.

Started as Mac Support Specialist in 1994, Val joined Ynzal at its early days and rose to become Technical Head and eventually Customer Service Director. Over the years, his passion for work has taught him the value of treating customers right the first time. By doing so, he has helped grow Ynzal’s loyal customer base and shaped the company’s brand of passionate service.
