As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the front-line in providing effective and professional customer support. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a friendly, timely and professional manner on social media, phone and email. Individuals who excel in this position are great at multi-tasking, detail oriented and sharp with numbers. You are also tasked to secure customer orders and work with our Order Fulfillment Group to effect shipment and deliveries.
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Strong understanding of computers (knowledge of Mac OS a plus)
- Experience in a customer service role (but not necessary)
- Strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills
- Strives at multitasking and works independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and possesses outstanding problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be social media savvy and familiar with online marketplaces
- Competitive Salary and commission plan (after training completion)
- Closed on Sundays & Holidays
